Bounce Your Way to Better Fitness

One of our favorite ways to exercise is our Hop and Jump Ball. The ball helps improve our coordination and balance while giving us a super fun way to work out. It also strengthens our leg muscles, which helps make us better dancers in ballet class. We love to exercise—it gives us even more energy.

Exercising every day also helps us fall asleep better. Pre-school aged kids like us need 11 to 13 hours of sleep each night according to the national sleep foundation. If you spend too much time indoors watching television you may have trouble sleeping, so our mom encourages exercise time almost every day. We like to go for family walks and ride our Barbie® bikes with our younger sisters. Of course we are still allowed to watch a few of our favorite educational television shows, like Dora the Explorer and Bindi the Jungle Girl.

The Hop ball has grips on the side that we hold on to for safety. The ball is also latex-free for kids with latex allergies like us. The ball comes in three different sizes: preschoolers, kids, and teens/adults. Better yet, it comes in many different colors, so we chose our favorite color—pink! If you are looking for a new way to exercise you have to try it. You and your friends will have a ball.
